No. miniPOS bundle comes with all hardware/software that you need to start using the POS System. It also comes with 12 months technical support. After the initial 12 months, you will be sent an SMS to renew technical support (optional). If you decide to renew, there would be a charge of $220 per year.

Yes, however, if you need help installing, we're here to help. If you prefer that we perform the installation for you, we offer a charge of $880 (available at checkout), where we install, setup your menu and train your staff (3 hours).
Does the system require Internet?
No. miniPOS works using a local database. The thermal printer connects via USB cable.
What is the difference between lite and full Sassco POS software?
This bundle comes with a "lite" version of Sassco POS. Some of the advanced features are not included such as: staff rostering, ingredient stock control and SMS integration.
