No. iPad POS comes with all hardware/software that you need to start using the POS System. It also comes with 12 months technical support. After the initial 12 months, you will be sent an SMS to renew technical support (optional). If you decide to renew, there would be a charge of $220 per year.

Yes, however, if you need help installing, we're here to help. If you prefer that we perform the installation for you, we offer a charge of $880 (available at checkout), where we install, setup your menu and train your staff (3 hours).
Can I replace the iPad with a Surface Pro 4 tablet?
